How to return a product?

1. Complete the online form or the handwritten return form.

2. Close your package:

The package can be returned within 14 days. The return package should include:

The returned product, without having it cut/removed yellow protection card
The receipt / invoice of the product
The supporting documents / cases of the companies
The handwritten form, if the online form has not been completed

3. Send your package:

The parcel is returned free of charge with ACS Courier:

Visit any ACS Courier store to send your package
Send your package at our expense, in the following details:

What happens once we receive your package?

1. Package Receipt-Update

Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation message or call you on the phone number you entered on the Return Form.

2. Package Check

After we receive your package, a quality check will be carried out on the products to be returned. Upon positive verification, a refund or exchange with another pair will follow, as you choose.

3. Refund

Refunds are made within 5 working days of receiving the package.

The money is returned to you:

PayPal / Card / VivaWallet - through the same payment systems
Cash on delivery / Card - the refund will be made to the IBAN bank account you will indicate on the Refund Form.
Remember that a Greek bank account number must start with "GR" and have 25 digits.

Product Change & Money Difference

If you wish exchange with a product of lesser value of the product in your order - the difference is refunded by us via bank account.
If you wish change with product of greater value of the product of your order - the difference of money is paid by you via Cash on Delivery / Card / Bank Deposit.

The second return or exchange with another model has a fee of 5 euros.

When ordering a frame with eye lenses, it is not possible to return the money for the eye lenses.
