Shipping costs are free for orders over €30, and €3 for orders under €30, throughout Greece. If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, then the additional cost is €2.

You can pay by cash on delivery, with an additional cost of €2, by debit card or credit card, with the possibility of up to 12 interest-free installments. All debit or credit cards are accepted, as well as payment via Paypal. It is also possible to pay by deposit to a bank account.

Of course, you have the right to exchange products, as long as they have not been opened from their packaging (only applies to contact lenses and contact lens liquids), have not been used or processed and the safety label from the arm has not been removed or tampered with in any way . You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days at no cost whatsoever and to request that it be replaced with another color or another product. Also the products when returning must be accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice.

You can cancel your order in the following cases: a) Before sending/receiving the product. You can send an e-mail to the e-mail address [email protected] or by calling 2331067555. b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free product return, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging.
