What are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs are free for orders over €39 and €3 for orders under €39, throughout Greece. If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, then the additional cost is €2. You can see the charges per country (excluding Greece) and the delivery time, depending on the choice you make during your purchase (DHL or Post Office) here!
What is the estimated delivery time?
Products marked as Immediately Available are available in the store's warehouses and are shipped directly by us. Order processing and delivery are usually completed within 2 days. If a product is not available, we will inform you directly by email or phone about the progress of your order. Products that are not immediately available are shipped by us as soon as they become available. Order processing and delivery are completed within a period of time according to the information provided by the overseas company (in most cases 4-10 days).

What are the product return and replacement policies?
You have the option of a free refund or exchange for another pair! For the ophthalmic lenses of prescription glasses, the possibility of return is not provided, due to the fact that it is a customized product. The second exchange/return with another model has a charge of 5 euros. In case of receipt of a defective product, it is sent to us for shipment and quality control by the company, in order to evaluate the condition.
How can I return a product?
Didn't like your glasses? Don't worry, you have 14 days to get a free refund or exchange for another pair!

What conditions must products meet for return or replacement?
For the return & replacement of products, the basic requirement is that they contain the yellow protective tag, as well as the corresponding cases and cloths of the companies. The condition of the products must be the same as the original - after quality control - in the first shipment.
What happens once you receive my package?
  1. Package Pickup: You will receive a confirmation message or phone call once we receive your package.
  2. Package Control: A quality check of the products will be carried out and, if everything is in order, we will proceed with a refund or product exchange.
  3. Refund/Send a new product: After successful quality control, we will refund your money or send you the new product you desire.
Is the refund made using the same payment method?

Refunds are made within 5 working days of receiving the package.

The money is returned to you:

To properly care for your sunglasses, it is recommended to always store them in a case when not in use. Also, clean the lenses with a soft cloth and avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures (e.g. Summer on the car windshield). Do not leave them on surfaces where they can be stepped on or bent.
Can I use my glasses in rainy weather?
Yes, most glasses have durable lenses, but it's a good idea to wipe them down frequently with a microfiber cloth to avoid smudges or fogging. If you have an anti-fog coating on the lenses, this will help prevent fogging.

Am I entitled to a refund when purchasing eyeglasses?
If you are insured with EOPYY, you are entitled to a subsidy of up to €100 for the purchase of eyeglasses every 4 years (or every 2 years for children up to 12 years old).
What are the supporting documents to receive the EOPYY grant?

Supporting documents for compensation:

  1. Ophthalmologist prescription from EOPYY.
  2. Retail receipt with your details and the glasses.
  3. Opinion from the responsible optician.
  4. Photocopy of IBAN account.

Submit a request:

  • Electronically via gov.gr (or of course at a KEP or EOPYY office).
